Northern Valley Catholic Social Service is dedicated to assisting all members of the community who are in need by putting people and funds together to provide programs for the distressed, giving them hope for the future and building a better community for all. Individuals from the community who are willing to help the agency reach its goals are our most valuable resource.

NVCSS relies on volunteer participation in every area from leadership and clerical support to hands-on mentoring and professional instruction. We believe that each person has unique attributes which enable him/her to help others, and that volunteer assignments should reward individuals with opportunities to test and fine tune their skills and to share their interests and abilities with others.

Areas where you can help include:

•  Clerical Support
•  Fashion and makeup (Clothes That Work!)
•  Help with events like the Magic of Christmas
•  Special needs arts and crafts
•  Thrift store help
•  Tutors and mentors for youth
