NVCSS is partnered with Butte County Department of Behavioral Health and Feather River Tribal Health for Connecting Circles of Care (CCOC) to provide wraparound services to families in need.
This program provides high intensity services to families using a culturally sensitive team approach. Teams are made up of mental health clinicians, case managers and family partners.
NVCSS operates a Rural Mountain team, which serves Oroville and Ridge residents, and a Latino team which serves Gridley and Oroville residents.
