NVCSS is a Medi-Cal organizational provider for Butte County Behavioral Health. School-based counseling is provided by NVCSS clinicians who are assigned to elementary and junior high schools in Chico, Oroville and Palermo. The children served must have full-scope Medi-Cal in order to qualify for services.
