Northern Valley Catholic Social Service (NVCSS) staff can help families and individuals learn more about CalFresh (formerly the Food Stamp Program), and assist them in applying.

For more information, contact our staff by calling (530) 247-3321, come to our office at 1250 California St. Redding, CA or email secondhome@nvcss.org to request an application be mailed to you. Prescreening and application assistance are available on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

NVCSS staff are also available to visit your community-based organization to provide CalFresh outreach training, prescreening, application, and follow-up assistance. Send us an email or call to schedule a visit from our CalFresh outreach staff.
